This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Virtunize services. We try to be fair, transparent, and friendly. If you have any concern about a payment, please email info@virtunize.com or WhatsApp +91 96944 04266 first. Most issues resolve in minutes.
Within 48 hours of kickoff payment: Full refund, no questions asked, if no project work has begun. Just message us.
After kickoff but before delivery: Refund of unspent portion. We retain the portion of fees corresponding to work already completed (typically 30–70% depending on stage). We will share a brief summary of work done at the time of cancellation.
After delivery: No refund on project fees, since work is complete and code/access has been handed over. Bug fixes are covered free under the 30-day post-launch support window.
First 7 days of a new retainer: Full refund of the first month if you cancel within 7 days of starting, provided no major deliverables (e.g. campaign launch, content publication) have happened yet.
Standard cancellation: Retainers can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. You pay for the current month plus the notice period. No prorated refunds beyond that.
Founding Client locked rates: If you cancel a founding-rate retainer, the locked founding pricing does not transfer if you later return.
Costs paid directly by you to vendors (domain, hosting, plugins, paid assets) are governed by those vendors' refund policies. We have no control over them. Where we make a pass-through payment on your behalf with your written approval, it is non-refundable from us.
If we fail to deliver a project on schedule due to reasons within our control, we will first work to deliver as promised. If we cannot, we will refund the portion of the fee corresponding to undelivered work. We will not be held liable for delays caused by client delays, force majeure, or third-party outages.
Email info@virtunize.com with your business name, the payment date, and the reason for the request. We respond quickly. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
GST already remitted to the government cannot be refunded by us; that portion is refunded by claiming credit in your own GST filing. We provide all documentation needed.
