How quickly will you respond to my message?
We respond fast on working days. If you message us on WhatsApp during business hours, expect a reply in 30 minutes on average.
Do you require any upfront payment?
Yes. We require 50% upfront and 50% on delivery for projects. For monthly retainers, we invoice on the 1st and require payment by the 7th. We can also work on milestone-based billing for larger projects.
Will I own the website and code after delivery?
Absolutely. Domain, hosting, source code, and every admin account is registered in your name from day one. We don't hold any client hostage with our infrastructure.
What if I want to cancel a monthly retainer?
After the 3-month minimum commitment, you can cancel any retainer with 30 days written notice. We hand over all assets, reports, and access on the last day. No exit fees, no questions asked.
Do you work with clients across India?
Yes. We serve clients across 14 Indian cities and a few international ones. Most of our work is remote-friendly; we travel to the client for kickoffs on larger projects.
Can you sign an NDA?
Of course. We sign mutual NDAs as a standard part of every engagement, before any sensitive information is exchanged.
